How to stay hydrated when riding

Staying Hydrated when riding
Welcome back. I'm sorry for my absence and so today I decided to do an interesting post. How not to get overheated when riding. Let's get started!

So when you ride in the summertime when it is really hot, you should stay hydrated. You should always stay hydrated whenever you ride. But usually, when it starts getting hot and as a rider, you start riding more often outside in the 100-degree weather. Well, that is when you start getting really hot. The drink that you should drink is obviously water. But you should bring the correct amount of water. For an example, if you are going to ride for 1 hour, then I want to bring a full bottle of water. I would suggest having a water bottle that can hold the correct amount of water that you need when you go out to ride. Also, before you go to ride you should drink some water and do the same after you ride.

When you finish riding, grab some Gatorade to restore the electrolytes that you used while riding.

P.S still bring water to drink when you ride.

  1. This is awesome to know! I know hydration is very important, but would have never thought it to be as important riding a horse. :) Great post!
